Tangerine, grapefruit and bergamot oils generate an energising and refreshing scent, while avocado and safflower oils condition the skin. Use sparingly. Like flattery, a little goes a long way. A little luxury

I got turned on to pre-shaves after trying some King of Shaves and finding that it helped for a smoother shave. After some research I found that the T&H was consistently being rated highly and often noted as the best.

My routine is to wet face in hot water, apply the oil, and then leave it on while I prepared my lather. I found that the oil removed the drag or snagging that I sometimes get when I don't prepare adequately, and the blade definitely glided better. After the shave I also noticed that I had no irritation. The oil itself has a pleasant complex orangey based smell.

I would buy this again.
