Directions Wet hands and face then work into face for 30-60 seconds using massaging in circular motions.

    I found their cleaner a touch harsh. I'm unused to low-foam cleansers so was a little surprised at the lack of lather - but must admit that it does get you squeeky clean. This is very gentle yet does actually do the job. I would definitely recommend it.
